The project is really starting to gel - the animals are even taking on a life of their own.

One of my mentors, Gerry Kortello, stopped by for a beer and had a look and offered some words of praise and encouragement. Thanks Gerry! Gerry just received some good news of his own, receiving a prestigeous commission from the Yukon Government, to add a work to their permanent collection. Congratulations!

I am starting to use the finer bits now for the refining work. This is the part that takes all the time, but it is the most fun as the animals "come alive." If I can get the contrast in the pics that demonstrates the progress, I'll keep taking full antler shots. Otherwise I'll start taking close ups.
