You can see below that Dwayne has started on the piano keys. He decided that it would work best to fashion the keys individually, if you can believe it. They will look fantastic. He is working on the black keys now and will make them out of mahogany, like the piano. You can also see the sheet music on the piano now, as well. Both the keys and the sheet music are made out of mammoth ivory.

The making of these small parts has taken some careful sanding on both a sanding wheel and the Dremel drum sanding attachment. As Dwayne has found out, this is an operation that takes extreme care.
