CELTIC CONFUSION - START

This piece will be a lot of fun!

This is the same antler from which I had formerly written about carving a group of wolf cubs.

Plans change.

I didn't feel that I was doing the antler justice and so have decided on a different approach. This carving will consist of a series of "ribbons", each beginning in the base of the antler and finding its way over a slightly convoluted path to a different tine.

This is a very large antler, with striking tines, and I hope it will make a beautiful carving which accents those tines.
