"LOVE THIS! Totally off the hinges, man, I have a feeling people will still be looking at this 1000 years from now and saying, 'Whoa!!' "

'Dall Sheep Duality, 2004' is a commissioned work from an old dall sheep horn skull. The commissioner of this sculpture hunted this dall sheep some years ago and rejected the skull and horns as a possible mount due to the bullet damage on the right (viewer's right) horn. I suggested that it might be possible to carve the skull and either include or work around the bullet damage. It turned out that it was possible to include the embedded bullet in the final sculpture.

I have carved the duality theme to the dall sheep skull and horns sculpture in a manner that included elements of the curved and angled abstract elements on each horn and on the skull.
