Torch carriers: Canadian Forces Snowbird Pilots
The day prior to the Yellowknife Airshow, Joint Task Force North (J.T.F.N.) put on a parade through downtown Yellowknife to promote the airshow where all three torches were displayed. Thousands of residents and visitors were able to view the torches and hear about their journeys.
Canadian Forces Snowbird pilot Major Ian McLean then took the torches on an aerial tour.

La veille du spectacle aérien, la Force opérationnelle interarmées (Nord) (FOIN) a tenu une marche au centre-ville de Yellowknife pour faire la promotion dede la publicité à cet événement du Relais du flambeau, au cours duquel les trois flambeaux ont été exposés. Des milliers de résidants et de visiteurs ont pu voir les flambeaux et écouter l’histoire de leur voyage.
Le Major Ian McLean, pilote des Snowbirds des Forces canadiennes, a ensuite fait faire un tour d’avion aux flambeaux.
